Pros: The propertiy it's self was very beautiful, having a view of the bridge and water from our room made it almost magical. The help served with smiles and polietness. Our room was grand, in keeping with the period of time it represented. We ate in your resturant mulitple times and the food was always flavorful. Cons: We were dismayed at having to pay extra for hotel parking. I expected the Lobby to be somewhat grander looking, a couple of large vases with fresh flowers, an offering of a small glass of Champane etc. Very disappoined in the quality of the toilet paper/ tissues. Toilet updated to high rise for us Senior Citizens would have been grand! Overall, still pleased. Would recomend. Thank you.

They tried to charge me more money at checkin saying hotels.com didnt give them enough money when I booked. In all my years of using this service I have never encountered this. For the price we paid I was underwhelmed. The shower head was the worst.

Super loud all night long (cars, people) and other rooms jet tubs going off at 2 AM kept us up for a while. Staff were super nice! Our room was cute but no fridge or microwave for that price. The best thing about the hotel was the location, close to everything!

Beautiful and historic hotel

Location was excellent and easy walking to local shops, bars, and restaurants. We attended the snow sculptures right outside the doors.
