Welcome to Mātai, a modern, newly built two-storey home designed for comfort, relaxation, and unforgettable ocean views.

On the upper level, you’ll find a spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a 12-seater dining table perfect for family feasts, and a cosy lounge with a TV. Sliding doors open onto a generous balcony where you can fire up the BBQ, enjoy alfresco meals, and soak in sweeping views of the ocean.

The upstairs bedrooms include a luxurious King room, a stylish Queen room, and a fun bunk room that sleeps four — plus two bathrooms for convenience.

Downstairs offers a private Queen room, a twin room, another bathroom, and a fully equipped laundry, making it ideal for families or groups.

Step outside and you’ll discover a large backyard complete with an outdoor shower — perfect after a beach day — and a wide lawn that invites lazy afternoons, picnics, or a friendly game of cricket.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the remote location of Minnie Water, we are unable to provide a linen service. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, and bath mats.
