Wake up to breathtaking ocean views from the expansive balcony, ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks. With an open-plan design, stylish interiors, and a fully equipped kitchen, enjoy comfort and relaxation after a day of exploring.

Welcome to Mātai, a modern, newly built two-storey home designed for comfort, relaxation, and unforgettable ocean views.

On the upper level, you’ll find a spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a 12-seater dining table perfect for family feasts, and a cosy lounge with a TV. Sliding doors open onto a generous balcony where you can fire up the BBQ, enjoy alfresco meals, and soak in sweeping views of the ocean.

The upstairs bedrooms include a luxurious King room, a stylish Queen room, and a fun bunk room that sleeps four — plus two bathrooms for convenience.

Downstairs offers a private Queen room, a twin room, another bathroom, and a fully equipped laundry, making it ideal for families or groups.

Step outside and you’ll discover a large backyard complete with an outdoor shower — perfect after a beach day — and a wide lawn that invites lazy afternoons, picnics, or a friendly game of cricket.

Whether you’re gathering with family, enjoying time with friends, or simply unwinding by the sea, Mātai offers the perfect coastal escape.

Guests have access to the entire home.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the remote location of Minnie Water, we are unable to provide a linen service. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, and bath mats.
