Hi - The apartment itself is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff was great! Even left us a bottle of wine and gift basket with goodies when we arrived. The location is amazing, basically right on the water and next to a beautiful basilica. We loved staying in Minori versus Amalfi or Positano. Smaller, not as crowded, and very friendly. The bar in front of the apartment is fantastic for coffee and conversation.
Only two criticisms one should know about:
1) Although the apartment itself is nice, the building is falling apart, literally The stairwell is dark, peeling paint, and rusting. The entrance smells like garbage because the garbage cans for the buildings are lined up there.
2) Although the company is great and totally honest, I didn't like that they wanted the second payment in cash. Personally I was a bit nervous showing up in Minori with 800 Euro to hand over. I have stayed in VRBO's all over the world and never had to do that before. I even called VRBO to make sure it was all on the level...which it was. In the end it was no problem at all, though I do recommend this company change their practice.
Overall, great place and great location in a great town!
