I booked the room for three days. We got in at 9 pm. The room had a stale smell. I let the front desk know the next morning we were not staying Wednesday and they assured me I would be credited for the third night. I checked out on Wednesday and they were unsure how to credit but assured me they would after getting assistance from the GM. After two weeks I was notified by Expedia the property would not issue a credit. The front desk and breakfast staff were trying to handle the matter, but apparently the GM is the one at fault. They rented the room because of the event in Minot. I would steer clear of this property.

Most everything was fine but these things were not good: Microwave didn’t work in the room The light over the toilet flicked - not good for migraine sufferers or people who have seizures However, the staff person was very friendly and helpful.

Family Time

The young man at the desk was excellent. We had 4 rooms reserved. He was able to place us in close proximity. We used the breakfast room to share a meal in the evening. Enjoyed our stay.
