The staff is very kind, courteous and always make me feel as an invited guest. As a long term stay property the option to dine out or cook your own meals is a great advantage. We enjoyed our stay with no complaints. They are currently doing some work in the building, but it didn't interfere with us. It should be even nicer when finished. No free breakfast is included, you have to buy some basic items if desired. With a kitchenette in our room, we were okay for breakfast.
