The room was nice it seems it was remodeled recently as they were still working on other rooms on the same floor. My only complaint was the pillows. They appear to be big and fluffy but when you lay your head on it it goes flat and has no support. I will stay here again for sure but i will bring my own pillow.

The front desk person was friendly and welcoming and offered suggestions for dining nearby. The room was clean and quiet and in a nice area. It was nice to be able to open the window and get some fresh air in the room, as many hotel rooms have windows that you can't open.

The room was clean. Breakfast the first day had no fruit. And the pool was cold and hot tub was lukewarm with only 1 jet working. The pool room meds the floor refinished. So does the hot tub as the surface is rusted and missing paint in places

Will never trust Country Inn and Suites again

Filthy hotel. It was stinky, dirty, and unsafe. The beds weren’t made neatly. The carpet was horrible and it smelled like B.O. It was not close to meeting our expectations.

Friendly staff, lovely lobby. Room was not the best. Carpet was overly stained which just ruined the whole feel of the cleanliness of the room. Bare minimum of towels supplied. Breakfast was a lot of prepackaged foods or day olds. For the rating of this hotel and the cost, I was disappointed and would not stay there again. I’ve stayed at nicer hotels with better breakfast for cheaper. Ratings were not accurate.
