The pool was great, and the night lights were ere beautiful! The elevator was so helpful for older and disabled family members. The view from the roof was amazing. And having the beach towels and beach set up made the whole trip so much easier and more relaxing! It was a wonderful house and set us up for a great vacation. Last, but not least, the house manager Carrie was lovely, warm, and so helpful. Her responsiveness and attention to detail made our trip even better! Highly recommend!

What an amazing time our Large Loud Italian family had at "Soak up the Sun". Carrie was so sweet and accommodating and did everything to make our stay nicer. She helped direct us to where to play Pickleball! There were 22 adults and two babies and the space was perfect. Almost every couple had their own room and bathroom which was wonderful! The king sized beds were very comfortable. The one room with the queen size bunk beds was a perfect fit for the family with the babies. A normal sized rented crib was delivered to the house and fit comfortably in this room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We prepared every meal from scratch. The two refrigerators were completely full, the two dishwashers were used continuously, the two ovens always were on and the outside kitchen grill was used for 2 of our 4 nights. Definitely bring lots of paper-towels, TP and garbage bags, we never had enough. Thank goodness there was a Dollar General at the end of the street that knew us by name by the end of our weekend. The walk to the beach was easy and the beach was fabulous. It is January and we spent two days on the beach. Definitely splurge for the heated pool and jacuzzi. They were used the entire time! Carrie was so helpful and kind and made our family reunion so memorable! At the end of our stay I asked everyone what needed to be changed for our next reunion and everyone yelled NOTHING!! We can't wait to call on Carrie again and book another trip.

Fantastic location - very close to the beach with many spacious well appointed bedrooms. The rooftop is especially fun with a nice view of the beach. The highlight is the hot tub and pool. While we had a minor issue with the hot tub and pool, it was quickly resolved. Highly recommend for large parties and events. My spouse’s special milestone birthday get together with friends and family went great!

Beautiful home with very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms! The main level was also very spacious with plenty of room for our group. We enjoyed the outdoor covered patio and pool and hot tub many nights. Will absolutely stay again! Carrie was amazing to work with!

We had an amazing time at Soak up the Sun. We took our 6 adult children, assorted spouses, and 8 grandchildren. The house was absolutely perfect for our needs. Besides the 13 bedrooms, there were also multiple lounging areas, giving people ways to visit or escape for a bit. The pool was fabulous, and there was a huge space all around, allowing us to have relay races for a child’s bday or to play cornhole. Carrie, the house manager, was willing to chat about questions we had before the trip, as well as answer questions during our stay. Everything was clean and well equipped, and we would love to stay here again!

We comfortably fit 34 people in the house. It was great location only one block away from the beach and two blocks away from any kind of shop that you need Feels real safe that we did not have to cross a busy street to get to the beach with the kids

The house was just amazing. House was as advertised. Large, spacious, comfortable beds, wonderful pool and great location for the beachgoers. Carrie (House Manager) was very attentive and kept in contact about everything and anything. This was a trip with extended family, and not once did we feel like we were on top of each other and the kitchen/dining/family room was perfect for the family meals and get togethers. If we were to do a large family trip again, we'd book this house in a heartbeat.

Fantastic house for our family reunion

We stayed at Soak Up the Sun - a fantastic house for our family reunion of 26 people. House description was right on! Location to beach was great - a 2 minute walk down a quiet street. Loved the beach chair/umbrella set-up service. Pool was a big hit for all - great size, clean and space for everyone. House was clean and well organized and accessorized for the number of people. Communication throughout the process was outstanding. Bonus for our family was the number of king beds with private baths. We loved the location - and especially walking down the beach to Surf Hut. The beach is fantastic and surprised all those who had never been to this area. Highly recommend this house for all of these reasons!

Vacation was too short!

Home is huge. Fit everyone and no one was over crowded. We loved it. We had a few let downs. The elevator continued to have issues. Couple times almost got stuck. It is VERY slow. And not operator error. Home needs a thorough cleaning such as floors need to be mopped properly. Our feet where black after just a few minutes of being there. We wet swiffered the first floor. It helped. Several of the toilet seats are loose. Refrigerator drawers were broken on the refrigerator on the left. Back porch area could use ceiling fans. Most of the tv remotes are broken, replaced with new batteries didn't help. When we booked the house the beach cruiser bikes were included. Sometime after booking Owners decided they were not. We had to use our vaykay gear credit on them. And had to pay extra for the bikes. Pool was great for those that couldn't get to beach and for the littles.

Beautiful property, room for large groups!

We truly loved this house! Had a large group and we all fit comfortably with the multiple master suites! This house is steps from the beach. It has everything you would need including two fridges, two dishwashers and two kitchen tables. The pool and spa are beautiful - we all agreed that the pictures do not do them justice! The rooftop deck is also amazing - you can see the ocean! The property manager was helpful with anything we need - she even took the time to come over and introduce herself. If you're looking for a large house for a big group, this is the one!

We were blown away by the accommodations and location of this house. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the proximity of the beach! The house manager was super helpful and reached out on several occasions to make sure we didnt need anything.

Fabulous week with our family. The house exceeded our expectations. Short walk to the beach with the umbrellas and chairs made for a super fun experience for our group. Carrie, the main contact, was incredibly attentive and responsive to our needs and questions.

We had 35 people and it held us very well! With 3 levels, there was a spot for every age group. Great pool and back yard. The host was amazing and very responsive! The walk to the beach was a short walk and the chair and umbrella service was key!
