We had a wonderful stay in our villa. It was exceptionally clean and very well furnished. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stock with everything you need and the golf carts were pristine.We can't say enough good things about My Vacation Haven as a rental company. We had some operational questions and they were always prompt and pleasant in responding (even on the weekends) We highly recommend this property and My Vacation Haven!

Beautiful and clean accommodations. Great location to Baytowne wharf. Kitchen was nicely supplied with utensils, pots, pans, various dishes and appliances. Do need to bring your own seasonings, extra trash bags and paper towels though. (One supplied extra garbage bag is not enough) Bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. Was nice for everyone to have their own private bathrooms. Was perfect for our 5 adults and toddler.We enjoyed relaxing mornings and evenings in the screened in patio with the view of the golf course. The 2, six person golf carts, Definitely hope to stay here again!

The place was perfectly clean, well maintained, gave an impression of having been recently updated. It had all the necessary kitchen supplies, gas grill, beach chairs, umbrella etc. The 2 golf cars in the garage were a great addition to our stay. Checking in and out was super easy. Great house

The house was great. Every bedroom has its own bathroom plus there’s a 1/2 bath. Every bedroom has a tv plus one in the living area. The exterior porch is screened and faces golf course. The pool is small (no hot tub) but pretty easy to walk to.The 2 golf carts worked perfectly and are a must for this property. It’s so great that you can drive to Baytowne Wharf, Grand boulevard (dining, shopping, Publix), the pool or the beach. Baytowne Wharf is a 15 min WALK (longer if you stroll). All other places are farther. It was great for spring break before the summer crowd hit.

We enjoyed fabulous dining and shopping at Grand Blvd and all the activities, shops and restaurants of Baytown Warf, easily accessible by the two six seater golf carts provided with this home. Although this home is not on the beach, you can load up the golf cart, take a fun ride and be there in no time! Mermaid Manor is a beautiful, comfortable, place to return to after a fun day in Miramar Beach.🏖️

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was beautiful and spacious. Clean. Lots of great beach stuff (chairs/umbrellas/coolers)available. Loved being able to get around with the golf cart the whole trip. It wasn’t clear how to get to the beach, but a quick text to the company got me the information quickly (the tunnel under the highway is near the main entrance to the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort, beach access point is next to Beach House Restaurant. There is a parking lot there, the first row closest to the road is free - we always found a spot there). There are lots of great restaurant options between the Wharf and Grand Blvd. The only disappointment was one of the golf carts was removed from the property due to damage from the prior renter, and we only had one golf cart the whole time, which altered ours plans frequently.
