The parking was very tight for just two cars. The first day the kitchen sink had black ants and also on second day. Upstairs shower adjoining bathroom shower drain very slow and stood in water. A guy came and used a white bath towel to carry the snake he used in the shower to clear the drain. The amount of bath towels was not even one a person. We had to wash towels to have enough for every one. Most houses we rent at least have salt and pepper no spices at all. No dish washer tabs, no dish soap, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom not even a spare. The back porch needed cleaned off the furniture out there was nasty dirty. The lighting in the upstairs bedroom besides too bright lights in the ceiling there were two little black desk lights on the mini nite stands. Just wasnât any cozy warm feeling in the house. No coffee filters provided even to start with at all. The beds were very hard but bedding was at least clean. The city golf cart was the best. The response from my concerns were delayed getting back to me. For what is paid for these houses it shouldnât feel cold but a warm feeling to stay there.
