We were disappointed with the check in, as we paid for early check in but then spent that extra time communicating with the host on figuring out the correct gate code for the beach. The cleanliness of the home was decent but not ideal. There were old food crumbs on the balcony, sand on some of the “clean” towels, broken toilet paper holder, non functional pool alarm on the door etc

I cannot ask for more! Destin dreamers is exactly what the name says. It was a dream property. Beautiful home great views very clean and management was quick to respond with any questions no matter how big or how small they were. Definitely choose this location for my next Destin vacation.

Beautiful property, views and beach

Our family spent fall break at this beautiful townhome and it was definitely the most beautiful property we have rented in all of our annual trips to the region. Truly luxurious! Having an elevator also enabled grand-parents to join us for the vacation which made for really precious time together! The management team was also VERY responsive and wonderful. Highly recommend!!

Every 2 years.....

We get the boys and their wives together for a little reunion. This property is exactly as depicted in the pictures and descriptions. Good location. Beach is fantastic. Beach chairs are set up every morning. Close to dive bars, coffee and shops. VERY clean. Great linens. Kitchen is well equipped. Bring binoculars to watch the dolphins. My only suggestion.... upgrade the BBQ grill.

Amazing Location & Beautiful Home!

My family and I had an amazing vacation. The location is one of the most gorgeous beaches on the gulf. The home is very clean and very comfortable. The only complaint I had was the master bed was extremely FIRM and to get to the beach you have to exit through a bedroom. However, the manager, Chris, was very helpful. He gave us the code for the side beach entrance. He was very helpful and responded immediately. Chris also check in to see if I had any questions or needed anything upon our arrival. We will definitely be repeat renters.

Great Winter Getaway

The Townhouse is located in a perfect location, easy access to everything and perfectly located on the beach. The house was updated, clean and big. Plenty of room for an entire family +. The Kitchen had everything necessary and more. Thanks for having a Keurig :-). Only issue we found was the outdoor, downstairs patio, around the dipping pool. The tiles were brought to my attention as they were undergoing a repair (they were broken with some outside tiles of the balcony falling off (so out made it look messy) there was sand or loose Grout in the bottom of the pool and bird droppings floating in the bottom (I originally though they were little curled up worms of some sort) I cleaned them out just to end up with more mid week, that's how we found out it was bird droppings as they were on patio tile also. The pool guy did show up while we were away and was parked in our driveway when we returned, but not found at the pool when we walked in and pool wasn't cleaned out prior to him leaving. One of the pool chaise cushions was tattered pretty bad and the inside foam sticking out, I found it wasn't worth complaining about. FYI: this cushion needs replacing and a few of the step boards are splitting (dont walk barefoot on the steps to beach, you can get bad spinners) Other than the pool patio and pool, the house is an awesome place to book your stay. We stayed in a lot and just sat on balconies (3 to choose from) and cooked and sat out to listed to the waves.

Royal Oak Girls

The beach is fabulous and very nice to have the beach chairs set up every day. The house was perfect t for our group of five senior women. The manager was very responsive when we had a few needed repairs and it was taken care of immediately and cheerfully. Our only criticism would be that the pans and some of the kitchen utensils needed replacing. Instructions on how to operate the tv's was not available. All in all a terrific place to spend the week. No regrets.

We would highly recommend this vacation rental property. Chris with Bluewater Rentals was very responsive to any questions we had and the property was ideal for 5 couples with 5 bedrooms and baths. This is definitely a top property for location, cleanliness and space.

Wow great place

This place is fabulous! So very well stocked! Great location! Plan to use again. There was one negative and that is on 3rd floor there was a very bad moldy smell. They must know it is a problem because there was an air purifier in the closet to use. Gave me a headache. The smell never went away. You could see mold on air vent but hard to believe that is what it came from. I just tried to only go up there for bed. Hopefully they can fix that because we plan on staying again.

Great location

This was a great property with a good location! It was very relaxing and really enjoyed watching the dolphins swim by everyday. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything that you would need. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The living room lacked enough seating for everyone, 10 adults ,but we managed with the extra porches to enjoy.

Great stay!

Walking distance to fun eating spots, coffee houses, Alvins Island. Pascalli Kitchen is a must for beignets. The house has spectacular views on every floor. Little pool is a great cool off area. Beach was marvelous. PLENTY of beach toys on side of home, extra lounge chairs, setup of beach chairs is done. Plenty bedding, pillows, amenities in home. Overall great stay.

The house location and private access to the beach. Great Vacation

Our extended family of 11 stayed at Serenity by the Sea over spring break week this year. It was not our first trip to Florida, but was our first trip to Destin. Out of all of the beach homes we’ve stayed in this one was our favorite. It was very clean, it came stocked better than any of our previous rentals, had plenty of space for 11 of us, and had a great location and beach view. We would definitely recommend this one!
