This updated 7th floor hotel type unit 702A with an unobstructed beach view is ideal for 2 people.

The unit features one king bed a table for two, 2 comfortable chairs, convenient house wares for two, under counter refrigerator a microwave, small 4 cup coffee maker, toaster. Large walk in shower. A private balcony with 2 patio chairs. All linens supplied(sheets, towels, wash and face towels) Free WIFI and cable TV, free parking. It does not have stove or maid service.

If you looking for a clean affordable place stay for 2 people while you enjoy all of Surfside amenities and the beach life, this is just what you want!

The unit does NOT have a cooking stove or a separate living space, washer and dryer or maid service.

Surfside Resort is a 16 story condo building that are all individually owned condos.

Cozy room with a beautiful view. Perfectly situated between all of the surrounding activities. Billie made the whole check-in/out process easy, and responds very quickly (even after you check-out and forget your purse in the condo) Definitely recommend staying here!

What a View!

My husband and I loved our stay here! We spent a lot of time on the balcony when we were not at the beach or running around! The view from the balcony was amazing! We loved the walking path outfront and walked almost every morning and evening. To the left about a mile is chick-fil-a,cvs, windixie, surf shop, five guys, walffle house. Across the road from chick-fil-a is an outlet mall. The inside of the unit had everything we needed. Lots of counter space, microwave, 2 fridges, toaster, silverware, bowls and plates etc. Plenty of storage with a dresser and a cabinet to hang up your cloths with lots of hangers. The bathroom was nice as well. Lots of room in the shower which had a pretty tile design.

Condo: beautiful view, clean, many amenities, and it’s 5 mins away from everything, including non-touristy areas. Communication: Billie is an excellent host. He communicates very clearly and is very polite. I had 0 issues checking in and out. He also checked on us to make sure we‘re not having issues with the AC. Parking/commute: parking is easily accessible with plenty of spaces. The area is very walkable and there’s plenty to do if you’re like me and hate driving. Overall, it’s possibly the best place I‘ve ever stayed at. 100% worth it.

We have stayed at Surfside this being our 5th time. First time we stayed in this particular condo. Owner was great and informative. Condo clean and comfortable. Weather didn’t cooperate but it was what it was! We still had a great time. Highly recommend Surfside for your Destin vacation!!!

Amazing location and serene home base for my location!

The stay here was practically perfect in every way. The only downside was that the shower water only came out scalding hot. I'm sure that they will be able to fix this though for future guests. The location couldn't have been better and I really appreciated the amenities provided in the unit. Thank you!

Amazing view!

Exactly as described. It’s a small unit but clean and newly renovated. The SurfSide condominium itself is older but this owner has done a great job of maintaining the unit. The view is absolutely AMAZING!! The 7th floor offers the perfect view of the ocean and the main strip. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony each night. Do not over pack as there is limited storage. The beach service is included and is wonderful! We will definitely be back.
