We have stayed many times- this 3 night visit was pleasant, staff friendly (kudos to night agent Aaron!) breakfast buffet was plentiful and good, the pool is my favorite (used twice) but we were very disappointed that the pool table amenity was unusable the entire time!!! Excuse given: new door key cards were taking up space on the table. This was not a valid and acceptable excuse, as there are many offices and other rooms in which these items could have been stored. When we asked, daily, staff made “key card” excuse and said to ask again the folliwing day. The property was bought by HILTON about a year ago. They need to post on third party and their sites when an amenity is unavailable. Thank you

The property was in a great location to everything we were needing. We had the 2 bedroom and it was great. Very spacious and we loved having a washer and dryer in our room as well. Everything was clean and the staff were all wonderful.
