Hello dear holiday guests,

We warmly welcome you to our completely redesigned holiday home in the immediate vicinity of the idyllic Motzner lake!

This was completely rebuilt, modernized in the first half of 2019 and furnished by us with great attention to detail.

All living / bedrooms are equipped with laminate, the bathroom is tiled!

The bungalow has 2 small bedrooms (each including a closet), each with 2 beds (1x double bed 1.60 x 2.00 / 1x double sofa bed 1.40 x 2.00).
There would also be additional sleeping space on the pull-out corner sofa in the living area.

The modern bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower, large washing area with mirror, towel radiator and washing machine leaves nothing to be desired.

A kitchenette is integrated in the large living area, which contains a variety of electrical appliances and kitchen utensils.
Otherwise you will find a comfortable couch corner with television (satellite TV) in front of you and in the open winter garden a dining area invites you to start the day relaxed.
From there you have a beautiful view through the floor-deep windows of the veranda into the garden towards the lake.

When you leave the house through the porch door, you will find a spacious terrace, which offers enough space for barbecues, breakfast or sunbathing.
It has an awning, parasol and patio furniture.

Time for vacation? But always!!

Motzen and surroundings:

Far away from the stress and hectic of the big city, Motzen lies in a quiet location in the village. Just under an hour from Berlin, Potsdam and the Spreewald, Motzen has a long holiday tradition. In the middle of the Dahme-Seen area, surrounded by forests, lakes and fields, this idyllic place invites you to linger. Whether a family outing, a romantic weekend or just to "recharge the batteries" - a vacation in Motzen means nature, entertainment, culture, exercise and fun.
The Motzener See is particularly popular with short tourists who come to the lake for swimming, surfing and fishing. The water is clear, the lake is one of the cleanest waters around. The lake's high water quality attracts anglers and divers in particular. The lake is ideal for swimming and relaxing, as motor boats are prohibited here and there is no annoying background noise. It can also be reached by small boats via the Notte and Gallunerkanal. The "Strandbad Motzen" with a playground, a beach volleyball court and the "Seeperle", a small gastronomic establishment that is also popular with locals. The family-friendly bathing area is particularly characterized by its shallow water access and also offers shady places to linger. Good parking facilities are available on site.

Wir, 3 Erwachsene Personen, waren bereits 2 x in diesem Ferienhaus und es war für uns immer alles top. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt, das Bad modern hergerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind seeehr nett, es ist eine ruhige erholsame Lage und wir können dieses Ferienhaus echt weiter empfehlen.

Für einen Kurztripp ideal.

Unterkunft einwandfrei. Umgebung gut. Super Lage. Einzige Mankos: Wasserdruck (warm) in der Küche lässt zu wünschen übrig, der Durchlauferhitzer ist einfach zu klein. Warmwasser kam nur kläglich. Ansonsten alles ok.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Man hat einen schönen Blick in den gepflegten Garten. Eine Supermarkt ist im Ort. Es sind nur wenige Schritte zum kostenlosen Badespaß.

Ein schöner und ruhiger Urlaub

Sehr schönes, modernes Ferienhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage. Vermieter sehr nett. Wohnen gleich nebenan und stehen bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung ohne dabei aufdringlich zu werden. See befindet sich ca. 3 Gehminuten vom Objekt entfernt. NP-Markt wo es alles gibt was man braucht ca. 1 km entfernt und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wer es ruhig mag ohne viel Trubel, sollte einmal dort Urlaub gemacht haben

Gelungener Urlaub, trotz miesen Wetters

Saubere und ruhige Unterkunft für Naturliebhaber. Großes Grundstück - eingezäunt, durch einen Anliegerweg zu erreichen. Kein Straßenlärm. Spielgeräte im kleinen Schuppen vorhanden, dort konnten auch unsere mitgebrachten Fahrräder verstaut werden. Kleiner Spielplatz und der See ganz in der Nähe. Lohnende Ausflugsziele, z. B. Der Fischer in Kallinchen, die Strandfritzen und Angelmöglichkeiten. Sehr nette Vermieter und innerhalb 50 km Entfernung viele lohnende Ausflüge.

Schönes Wochenende

Waren mit Freunden im wirklich sehr schönen kleinen Häuschen. Besonders hervorzuheben war die Möglichkeit am Abend, ein kleines Feuerchen in der Feuerschale zu entfachen. Das Häuschen ist super ausgestattet, eine Badestelle am See nur wenige Meter entfernt. Erholung pur. Und dann noch super nette Vermieter. Mehr geht nicht. Daumen hoch!

Kurzurlaub in ruhiger Umgebung

Der kleine Bungalow befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gartenanlage und war für uns , zwei Erwachsene + 1 Kind, größenmäßig völlig ausreichend. Fragen vor Ort konnten auf kurzem Weg mit dem Vermieter geklärt werden. Der Motzener See mit Badestelle in ca. 150 m Entfernung ist in der warmen Jahreszeit sicher gut nutzbar.

Luxusbungalow mit lieben Vermietern

Von A bis Z alles da und auch für 4 Erwachsene völlig ausreichend. Perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub für berufstätige Berliner die ohne viel Organisation und weite Reisen mal durchatmen wollen. Ein großer Supermarkt ist auch in der Nähe und an dem See gibt es genügend Platz für Sonnenanbeter und Schattenfreunde. Tischtennisplatte, Volleyballfeld und Kinderspielplatz am See. Ausstattung: großer Kühlschrank mit größeren Gefrierschubladen, große schöne Dusche, Waschmaschine, Grill, Sonnenschirm und Markise, Fliegengitter an den meisten Fenstern. Und: Liebe und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Wir kommen wieder :)
