Gorgeous setting. Nice room. Issues with light switches. Super noicy heater. Extra charge for parking is ridiculous. How else are people getting to this remote place. Reconstruction is taking longer so main bulding is still closed. Food options in the Bronco restaurant are very limited. Got charged twice while using the restaurant only once. Signed bill and then another was actually for someone else and the correct bill not signed was added to our final statement without anyone talking to us about it.

The location is beautiful and the rooms are big and very comfortable. Beautiful views! The only downfall was that it was still under renovation which made it difficult to find the registration desk and the restaurant was very limited with food choices and no cocktails. My husband and I were excited because it said the renovations were to be completed by the time of our trip but it was far from that. We had to walk a short distance to find the ice machine which was empty! So we had to walk back to our room and drive to the registration area to ask for ice. Just minor things but overall we loved it.

The location was beautiful, but we had no water in any of the faucets. So we had to use bottled water to just brush our teeth. The restaurant was closed almost the whole time we were there. There was no warnings of any of these issues until we got there and the nearest town was a half hour away. So pretty disappointing.

Property is located in a beautiful area along the Colorado River. It is however about 20 minutes from town but worth the extra drive. We were displeased as we booked a larger room with more amenities and due to construction/renovation timelines were not given the room we were expected. We had confirmed with the front desk staff multiple times prior to booking that we would receive this specific room. This wouldn’t have been an issue if we were given an appropriate heads up or more communication. We only found this out when we checked in. Multiple conversations were had with the staff and we came to a compromise. However, we were still disappointed and we had to miss several of our planned activities to resolve the issue.

This location 20 minutes outside of Moab is worth the drive as the location, property & views are outstanding! It’s right on the Colorado River. Highly recommend!

We did know when we reserved that the main lodge is currently under renovation. The pool was clean, nice and warm with a beautiful back drop. Highly recommend. We were passing through so only stayed one night.

Nice property but could have a better breakfast option since closest restaurants 30 minutes away. $20 for parking a night is ridiculous too. For the overall cost I would stay somewhere in moab downtown area as there are more things avaliable. The main reason we chose this hotel is because we were doing the Bronco Off Roadeo and it was right there.
