My daughter and I venture to a National Park every year to celebrate her birthday. This year we got three for one: Arches, Canyonlands, and Mesa Verde. All are spectacular. Furthermore, visiting Dead Horse State Park is highly recommended. Its views and hiking trails are the best of all.Staying in this townhome enhanced our trip's enjoyment. The owners have done an excellent job of attending to all the details. For example, they provided a kitchen welcome kit that included dishwasher pods, washing machine pods, white kitchen bags, black garbage bags, scrubber sponge, and dishwashing soap. The kitchen has wonderful Sur la Table dishes, loads of cookware, Keurig coffee maker, and all the utensils necessary for preparing everything. There are two lamps in the living room and each of the two bedrooms, great for reading and adding warmth and overall home-like appeal. So many short-term rentals are devoid of lamps, creating a very industrial, cold atmosphere. Each bathroom has another welcome kit with a great assortment of toiletries. We used the washer, dryer, and infrared gas grill. They all worked perfectly. We would love to return.
