The Good: excellent location right off the main street. Very easy to walk to all the restaurants and there were a lot to choose from. They also had the best srarbucks coffee machine in the lobby. Didn't utilize the pool or spa. Very close to Arches National park anout 5-10 minutes doen the road. The not so good was we were on first floor and we could hear the people walking on the second floor all night long.

The property was a block off of the main street in town so close to several good food options and shopping. There is a food truck lot across the street with many options through out the day and evening. The rooms are quite small. The elevator was not working when were there for three nights in October. The person who checked us in was sick- kept coughing into her shirt collar.

I booked last minute and there was availability on the weekend. Check in was fast and easy. Room was really comfortable. Right in the center of Moab (on the same block as the 'Welcome to Moab' sign with walking distance to all the eats and stores.

Elevator was out so had to carry luggage up and down steps. Room and lobby smelled like cigarette smoke. One of the towels was very damp and couldn’t be used.

Room was very clean and the staff was great. We stayed 3 nights. I don’t expect the sheets to be changed nor the bathroom cleaned but I would like someone to come in each day to empty the trash and replace wash cloths and hand towels we have put in the floor. We requested maid service after the second day, saying the shower gel in the shower did not work. They did come in and exchange our towels but took our soap and didn’t leave new bars. The shower gel was not replaced and still didn’t work leaving us with no soap at all. We had to go to the desk and ask for soap.

We didn't get a great first impression. The lobby is dark and dingy, with the fireplace going when it was 80 degrees outside. Then while I was trying to check in the front desk clerk had a coughing spell that was so severe I was concerned about her. She told me "the only room left" at 6:30 pm (even though we had a reservation) was on the 2nd floor and their elevator was broken. When I asked her about nearby restaurants she mentioned a Thai place that turned out to be closed. The room was OK, but we were kept awake by the people above us who seemed to be pacing loudly much of the night. The highlight of the stay was the hot tub, which was, as advertised, quite large. The pool looked nice too but I didn't use it.

This property is very convenient and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. It’s also very easy to find and the access's to the national and state parks are a short drive away. It is owned by a local woman who bought it from her father. I did suggest a few more shelves or drawers be added.

Room was clean and well-maintained. Hot tub was incredible. Lots of dining options in the area. Parking was easy, but there were a lot of vehicles that had trailers attached that took up more than one space. Therefore finding a spot was not very easy. Free parking in front of the lodge, but you couldn’t park there overnight, which seemed pretty silly since the restaurant across the street clearly wasn’t open all night
