Experience a lovely getaway in this beautiful apartment located in midtown! This 2 bedroom and 1 bath house offers a comfortable stay for up to six people. Both of our bedrooms have a queen size bed, and the living room has a comfy sofa bed. Guests can also enjoy free Wifi, in-unit laundry, and more! The Space:
Guests can enter the house through the front door by using a digital keypad. Once you step inside, you will be greeted by a relaxing living room with a decorative fireplace. The first bedroom is on the right of the main entrance door. Walk straight down the hallway and you will reach the dining, fully-equipped kitchen with a laundry room, and the second bedroom. The bathroom is at the end of the right side of the hallway.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Our house is conveniently located in a residential area in midtown. We are just a few blocks away from Hannon Park and less than 3 miles from downtown!

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
