Only booked bc of event at hotel. The building & rooms needed major renovations. There was a hole in the wall, bathroom towels were stained & replaced with another dirty towel. When asked for extra towels, the girl at the front desk refused them. The walls were nasty, furniture had paint splattered all over, loose hair on doors, sink, & bathtub. RUN

No towels, cups, pillow covers, no morning food, hair dryer not working, door bend and other things. Wyndham should be better than this or take their name off. It makes one to think all of your name motels are this low kept properties. I will pass the word around.

Room was disgusting. Bed sheets were stained and mattress was ripped in half. The ceiling looked like it had been caught in the crossfire of a firearm and door didn’t shut all the way. Walked in and immediately walked back out to find a different place to stay.

Staff was good. The property needs a lot of help. Our room was terrible The outside of the door had no cement or tile. Just ugly torn up cement. Our room was dirty we had to wash our feet before going to bed because the floor was so dirty. The microwave and refrigerator were disgustingly nasty inside and outside. We voiced our complaints and was moved to a different room. The room was better but floor was slippery from too much soap used to clean the floor. We booked our room based on photos displayed in the advertisement unfortunately it was not as seen. The breakfast was merely a bowl of cereal and coffee. They had other people coming in to eat so there was not much left for guests. We are not picky people just would like our room to be clean and sanitary. We will not be booking at this hotel again.

Review

When I initially tried to check in early, the male clerk wasn't accommodating at all. I waited until the 3:00PM check-in time to attempt to check in. The female clerk who checked me in was much better. She instructed me to inform her if the television wasn't working so that she could come to the room to program it. Sure enough, the television didn't operate with the remote. I looked for a phone to call her to inform her; however, the room didn't have a telephone. I had to walk back to the front desk to inform her. She came to the room shortly thereafter and programmed the television. I could change the channel using the remote; however, I could not increase or decrease the volume using the remote. To do so, I had to get up and walk to the television to adjust the volume. This is antiquated behavior! The sink held water. It took quite a time for water to drain from the sink. The towels were very thin and rough. The tub needs to be replaced or refurbished at the least. To say that this hotel is basic is a gross understatement. It served its purpose of a safe place to lay my head for a night. The saving grace is that the bed was quite comfortable, and the bed linens were clean.

There wasnt any towels or wash cloths in the bathroom, the floor was filthy, the refrigerator had a bag with something wet in it,the fridge was dirty. The room stunk and the door did not not close good. The pool had black stuff around the walls. I did not unpack i left the room and requested a refund but did not receive one.

Attempted to stay after a family held birthday party in one of the banquet rooms. The first room’s door did not lock and there was the smell of mold. The second room (173) had layers of rust on the lamp. An entire science experiment was taking place on the ceiling where there was black and green mold growing. There was mold growing in a corner of the room. The room wreaked of mildew. I was afraid to sit down and terrified to stay. I left and ran next door to LaQuinta like Tina Turner did that night she beat Ike up in the back seat of the car and needed a room.

It was ok. I needed to stay for a family reunion. The first night someone walked by with a barking dog. The next morning the free breakfast consisted of half a bagel, mini muffins, and a waffles no thanks. The bathroom floor is caked with dirt that you can see and needs a deep cleaning, The second night the person next door histed a gathering of outside their room and loudly entertained a group of people disrupting my sleep. The third night, the same neighbor bit was posted outside smoking and drinking beer but a pleasant sight. Definitely won't stay here again.

Check in was normal, nice staff. The room was disappointing. Long black hair was found in the tub/shower. The outlet for the microwave and fridge, would only allow 1 item at a time due to the plug style, had to unplug fridge to use microwave. Chair but no desk in room. 1 post lamp did not work, neither did tv remote, had to use buttons on side of tv. Bed was comfortable, blankets were very light.
