We were stopping off to get some sleep during a road trip, so we were just needing a no frills place to get a few hours of sleep. We’ve stayed in the area before, and there were several hotels in the same area. This was the best deal, and we’ve never had any real safety or cleanliness concerns until this. We pulled up and there was a cop car outside. I walked in, and there were a couple of men standing around talking about the incident that had occurs. The front desk lady had stepped out get get some towels for another guest, and when she walked back she was frazzled. She was new and was there by herself, so she didn’t know how to print the receipt or run the card. She was very nice, but also stated “You get what you pay for” and “Welcome to the dirty south.” As I got more nauseated, we made our way to our room. There was loud music playing outside and when we walked into the room, the beds were unmade and the whole room look unclean. We immediately walked back to the van (my husband and I, our 2 teenagers, my 84 y/o mother in law, and our 3 year old). We didn’t stop at the front desk or request a refund. We just left and went a few miles further down the road to a much safer, clean location. We will never stay anywhere near that area again! This is the first negative review I’ve ever had to write, and we have stayed in MANY hotels over the years. We always look for lower priced rooms when we just need a quick few hours of sleep and have never had any concerns until this.

Took three tries to get me a room. First room was occupied. Second room was dirty. Hotel wanted $50 deposit. They returned $50 deposit but they also charged me a separate $49.85 that was not reimbursed I just saw this $49.85 on my credit card bill. Can you help Thanks Charles

DO NOT STAY HERE, AGAIN, DO NOT STAY HERE! This place needs to be condemned! Walked into our room and immediately felt nauseous from the smell of weed and cleaning agents. Broken abandoned cars were the only cars in the parking lot around the "pool side" which was green. Chose to leave immediately and find another hotel! The door to one of the rooms on the 1st floor was being held closed by a scrap piece of wood, as it looked like cops beat the door in with a battering ram. There was nothing good to write about, about this place, other than watching it fade away in the rear view mirror. Nasty, disgusting and run down. Don't take the chance, unless you're good with perhaps being mugged, or contracting hepatitis

Don't waste your time booking

Rooms not clean,half a roll of toilet paper when we got there. only 2 towels for 3 women staying there when we check in, they didn't even ask if we wanted a first floor with a elderly person, he just put us on the third floor and we had to walk up three flights of steps with all of our luggage yes there's a pool but it's green slimy and I think there was something living in it. Ther was "girls coming and going"
