There were several broken lights, a chandelier that strobe flashed in the middle of the house, very little silverware (not enough for the group size reserved), but the true issue was safety for children. We had reserved noting four children. There is a missing baluster on the second floor that a child can VERY easily fit through to fall down one full level. The "kids" playroom (marked with signage and beds saying such) has an extremely dangerous hinge installed that injured one of our kids (protruding aluminum on the bench) and an electrical outlet so poorly installed that the box and exposed copper comes right out of the wall when unplugging anything from the outlet. A window was previously replaced with a huge chunk of broken glass remaining behind. The second floor bathroom faucet and bath both drip water constantly. Nice location, very convenient, spacious home at a relatively low price, but truly not suitable nor safe for children under 10.
Very beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. A few more amenities such as laundry pods, extra towels, garbages in the bedrooms would be nice. Overall we had a great time.
The property provided ample space for two families in Midtown, in close proximity to downtown, the Oakleigh district, Springhill, and the interstate. Overall, we were pleased with the large rooms, good WiFi, TV streaming services, and parking for 3 cars.
The place was clean and nice. There was a leak in the bathroom. When I called the property manager she and her maintenance person came out right away to fix it. Excellent customer service. Overall I would definitely recommend.
This was exactly what we were looking for! We had a group of ten and this was the perfect fit. The house and neighborhood were beautiful, and the owners did a great job at communicating and accommodating. A++++++
The house was beautiful. However the master bath plumbing was 60 years old and the the light switch fell off the first time we used it. The window on the front door was loose and on further inspection had been poorly attached with slats from a shipping crate. The back door handle was falling off and would have been easy for a burglar open.
I really enjoyed my stay at Hannon Park. Owner needs to figure out garbage situation when guests are booked closely together before the neighborhood pickup day, to prevent new guest/ neighbors from worrying about the sight and manuevering of overloaded rubbish
