THE APARTMENT, completely renovated, is located on the third floor of an elegant condominium in the center .
THE ENTRANCE is completely autonomous thanks to the self check-in and the lift will leave you exactly in front of the front door.
Once you enter you will find yourself in the living area.
ROOM and KITCHEN form a single, modern and elegant environment, separated only by a small dividing wall.
Here you will find the table with 4 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen . Oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle with tea and herbal teas, Nespresso coffee machine with pods , pots, crockery and all the main kitchen utensils will give you the opportunity to enjoy a convivial meal at home, whenever you feel like it.
A comfortable sofa, with smart TV and Netflix subscription included will allow you to relax or work in a pleasant and relaxing environment.
From the living area you access the TWO DOUBLE BEDROOMS, both with a bed with memory foam mattress (160x200cm) and space to store your personal items (a large wardrobe in the larger room and a chest of drawers in the smaller one).
The house is completed by the BATHROOM without window, with a modern and completely renovated design, where we will leave for you everything you need to travel light: hairdryer, set of 3 towels including shower towel, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES: washing machine available for a comfortable and practical stay, heating and air conditioning in every room, wifi connection , free parking . Bed linen and towels , provided by a professional laundry, are included .
