The room was clean and the staff were very accommodating and friendly! The hotel was quiet and the location is near food restaurants and stores. Website says check in is 6pm but website has not been updated since new owners took over. Check in is 3pm and check out is at 11am. My family enjoyed our stay and would definitely use this hotel again for future events!
Prep hole was missing and a wad of paper was placed to cover the hole, all card keys to get into thid building after hours were broken and not needed, no signage on building other then a street sign pointing to check in off was visible.

My original room had a leak in it and they immediately switched me to another room without hesitation.
Blinds were broken. Couldn't close or shut them walls are paperThin. shower, hardly any water comes out. Guest service clean my room but took my food and my personal hygiene. Stuff i wasn't even checked out yet. Will most likely not be staying here anymore?

We didn’t have any cold water for our shower, it only had hot water that was way to hot and couldn’t adjust, the AC was not working. Needs improvement. Please fix.

so, first night - no hot water - complained to the staff - they said boiler was broken - nothing they could do.
as I stayed there from 3/5-3/12 I noticed little bugs on the carpet - didn't think much of it on the second day... third day they started ecloding like crazy - complained to the staff, and they only managed to move me to another room the last night -Gross!!!!!! and refused to refund te last two nights!!! just unbelievably bad customer service & attention to guests.

Room was clean when I got there , but I couldn’t watch tv with the remote . It was already broken so I had to use my fingers to changed the channel and a bag of chicken was left in the microwave still.
The television wasn’t working in the hotel. They didn’t notify me when I first checked in. I went to my room, my refrigerator wasn’t working. They never sent anyone up to fix it. The nightlight that was on the headboard, my daughter touched it and got shocked and we saw a big electrical flar come out.
If i could give them 0 stars i would. Their phones dont work so there was no way to contact them. They were advertising a room they DONT HAVE!!!!!. Their tvs dont work either when we asked to be switched to a different room the tv still wasn’t working and the air didnt work so we then had to be moved to a different room. They weren’t understanding of these situations and were very rude! I do not recommend this hotel at all! 0/10 stay. They also dont have free breakfast as advertised that they do.

At 2 am ppl started yelling, cussing, arguing in the hall outside my door, no phones in room to call front desk, to afraid to walk past the situation. Difficult time finding phone number to call front dest. Police finally arrived around 7 am.
I thought I had booked three nights at this hotel, turns out I only booked two. They removed my belongings from my room (which I completely understood) there was no courtesy call made to me regarding the situation. My charging block and cable were missing and had to stop on my way to the airport to buy new ones. I did notify the front desk that they were missing as soon as I realized it.
