Location, location, location! The home was near good restaurants, fast food, grocery stores, shopping, bowling alley, and gi carts. The host was fantastic to work with and quick to respond. The home is beautiful and well laid out. The pool is large! Come stay here!

The house was great. Kitchen well stocked with the essentials for cooking. Back yard is amazing and a great place to chill after a long day. Easy parking and close to grocery and shopping.

The home was exceptionally clean, which we so appreciate. Each of the 5 bedrooms were comfortable for couples and the kitchen is spacious for cooking with a large island for visiting while assisting with food prep. Very nice pool with several nice outdoor seating areas. Host was very responsive. Would stay again.

Beautiful property in a safe, fantastic location in Modesto. Outdoor area with pool was beautiful. Pool wasn’t heated, so we didn’t actually go in, but we enjoyed sitting outside by it with coffee in the morning. Would recommend staying here.

Modern Oasis

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Modern Oasis. The house is completely new. Great pool. Good communication with the host. The house, pool, and grounds were even better than described. There were 5 queen size bedrooms not 4 and 2.5 bathrooms, not 2. The appliances were all brand new and too smart for us ;-). We didn’t know what to expect this being our first visit to California and staying in a VRBO. Our host responded well to our needs.
