Belle vue trilogique sur mer, montagne et jardins.

Et un petit peu sur un bout d'Italie...... Appartement spacieux et bien équipé, mer et piscine très proches, chaque jour le lever de soleil couleur pastel était féérique. Nous avons beaucoup vécu sur le balcon qui est presque une pièce en plus. Bon accueil de Mme Noël aux petits soins. Nous y reviendrons vite, vite......

LOGEMENT PARFAIT

APPARTEMENT spacieux, agréable et proche de toutes commodités. La voiture est restée dans le parking pendant tout notre séjour. Gare, Super U, balades, piscine, casino, tout est à proximité immédiate. L'accueil par le propriétaire était parfait.

Schöner Blick und ganz nah am Strand

Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Blick vom Balkon sehr schön. Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert. Großer Pool und <1 min. zu Fuß zum Strand. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Vielen Dank!

Vacances tres agréables et reposantes en bord de mer. Proximité avec la frontière d'Etat France-Italie que nous aimons beaucoup. Nous venons dans le secteur depuis de nombreuses années. French Riviera et la Riviera dei Fiori sont somptueuses.

Très bien très bon emplacement

Très bien . Détail à prendre en compte que nous n’avions pas compris dans l’annonce: elle indique un lit escamotable dans le salon . En fait il n’y a qu’une seule pièce, le grand lit est dans le salon , c’est un studio où 2 lits sont séparés par un rideau. Il n’y a pas de chambre à proprement parler comme indiqué dans l’annonce. Avec un ado dans le clic clac vous dormez finalement tous dans la même pièce. J’ai par ailleurs dû effectuer un nettoyage complet( poussière/ sols) à notre arrivée, comprenant nettoyage micro ondes ( projections de sauce tomate ) , lavage du tapis de bain , et autres tissus décoratifs posés sur les meubles de salle de bain, assez sales . J’ai nettoyé les sanitaires en détail. Petit bémol : le chauffage central était coupé à notre arrivée par les services techniques . La climatisation n’était pas utilisable car absence de télécommande. Heureusement Mme Noël, charmante dame qui nous a remis les clefs de l’appartement, nous a dépannés en nous apportant la télécommande, car il faisait froid. Nous étions absents en journée mais le soir c’était limite supportable sans chauffage. Prévoir une seconde couette hiver car celle mise à dispo est plutôt d’été . Nous avons donc apporté la nôtre. Globalement c’est un bel appartement , les balcons de toute part y sont très agréables, bien placé avec un parking appréciable. Un vrai plus en haute saison.

La casa è spaziosa (ci siamo stati in 4: 2 adulti e 2 bambine), pulita e dotata di ogni accessorio. La posizione è fantastica! Due passi e sei sul mare. E nell alloggio trovi anche stuoia e poltroncina mare. A giugno il prezzo è stato anche buono. Ci tornerei già ad agosto se non fosse già occupata. Cmq è un alloggio che consiglio. Dimenticavo: c è anche la piscina...e non è poco!
