Great hotel. Friendly staff. However its probably worth booking a slightly higher grade/level room. We had a view of metal and cement and a loud vibration that we could also feel when laying on the very comfortable bed.

Great location, do not take your pet.

Location and condition of the hotel were great. There was no allowance for early/late check in/out. Also, you are not allowed to leave a pet in a room unattended at all. I hadn't been gone half an hour when I received a phone call to return as my dog was "in distress" and it was against their policies to leave a pet alone. Upon leaving my meal to return, I found my dog happily playing with her ball. It's unreasonable to allow pets but not be able to leave them alone in the room, even for a short time.

The hall leading up to the room, including the room itself had some kind of odor. The door to the bathroom wouldn’t close properly. You had to put your weight against it as it was too tight to close. The beds were okay. The internet connection was poor at first but improved within the night. Overall, the stay was ok but it wouldn’t be in my top choices when I plan to stay overnight in Moncton again.
