Sadly we left disappointed, we were expecting a warm pool and it freezing cold, no one let us know before and no hot tub. Halls were freezing as well, some staff even wore coats.

The front staff continuously lied to us about the pool opening that day My daughter spilled glitter on the floor. They kept my deposit after denying me a vacuum cleaner when I asked to clean it my pullout couch in my suite wouldn't pull it out. The staff continued to ignore the request for it fixed didn't offer a room switch and also there was a silverfish in the bathroom, which I have a picture of.

Pool was freezing as if in -20 weather (water, room, floor). Kids kept running up and down the halls as if in a playroom. Room was clean, but room service didn't change the toilet paper, or empty shower bottles (left the empty bottle on the counter without the top on). Be cautious when paying, my deposit and room charge were taken off my credit card, reception wanted to charge it again when checking out until I showed that it already came out of my account.

Pool was out of service, which happens but really disappointing because that was the highlight of our trip. We would have rescheduled if we would have known beforehand. There was also a hockey tournament there and the kids were unruly. We had kids banging on our doors and walls. I found the room to be clean, but the bathroom definitely needs to be updated/cleaned.
