The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great. Elevator was really slow and seemed most were using stairs(no big deal). Also water was only slightly warm when showering which was a bit frustrating . However would stay here again for the staff and the convenience.

I had a issue with the room. It was located outside the main hotel and to get to the main hotel had to do a flight of stairs. Due to mobility this was impossible. When asked if I could have another room, I was informed that the room was chosen by Expedia and could not be changed. After more decusssion they did give me a room which accommodated the mobility issue.
