I don’t think there are enough words to describe the high level of customer service I received! Just when I thought excellent customer service was a thing of the past, the staff here proved otherwise. Everyone, and I literally mean every staff member I ran into during my stay, which was 7, was so friendly and helpful. Thank you for making my stay so incredible!!

The city water in Monroe is what I call egg water. It smells and it is hard to get the soap off of you. The only thing I did not like about LQ was the showerhead had a restrictor on it and it took forever to get a shower And forever to get the soap off.

My husband requires a handicapped accessible room and even though he doesn't use a wheelchair, he does maneuver with a cane which necessitates more space. We were very pleased with the size of the room and the space in it. Also, our room was close to the elevator which was convenient. However, I did worry (needlessly as it turned out) about the noise one usually associates with being so close to the elevator. Thank you, La Quinta, for a pleasant, stress-free stay.
