Room was filthy. Food crumbs in the bed. The towels and wash cloths were old, dingy, and need to be used only for cleaning rags. Mirrors in the bathroom had not been cleaned in days. There appeared to be no improvements made to maintain the room. Holes in two door, chain look on front door could not be used due to several holes where a bracket to insert the chain was gone. Will NEVER stay there again.

The room was completely disgusting and completely outdated. On the website the rooms are renovated well not at this location. I'm 100% certain everything is original. The lady working at the front desk was very nice and offered me a refund. I wouldn't recommend a stat here

It had no microwave. One of the tub knobs was broken and only the shower worked. Had to watch where you walked there was dog poop everywhere. Had to go get key reprogrammed every day.

The room was supposed to be a non smoking room but when we walked in that's the first smell. Our pajamas smelled like smoke the next day. There was a dirty towel and wash cloth hanging in the bathroom. The shower curtain was dirty, the toilet was dirty, and the walls were dirty. The blanket on one of the beds had cigarette burns in it, and there was only one pillow on each bed. The door had only one lock on it the other was broke.

The staff was friendly & efficient. The bed was comfortable. I think they are in the process of updating the rooms. There was fresh paint, a big screen TV, and the heat worked great.

The lady a check in didny't say a word. Just gave me my room key. Maybe I scared her? This is the second time in a row I stayed here and the WiFi didn't work, "no signal". Will go elsewhere next time as I need WiFi to file reports.
