We waited over 30 minutes in line to check in. Once it was our turn, the gentleman had us on our way to our room in 5 minutes. The hotel smells of strong chlorine, not sure if thats because of the pool, even our shower water smelled like it. The fridge in our room was making weird noises. Ice machine and elevator were out of order. The light switch by the door controlled the ceiling light and turned the tv on / off at the same time. The hotel was close to a lot of restaurants within a walkable distance. Water park was an additional $50/person, so we didnt go.

We really enjoyed our time. I would just say that’s it’s a bit outdated. Please update the hotel, you would get a lot more traffic if you do. Complimentary breakfast would be great as well as usb outlets for charging phones as opposed to using your block on the lamp stand. The refrigerator at one point started making a funny noise after we got in bed. We had to play music to drown it out. By the morning, it was gone. Perhaps the mini fridge needs to be updated as well. The elevator worked when we got there but by the time we were done with the water park, it had stopped working. Huge inconvenience. We didn’t have enough face cloths in our bathroom. When i called down to get more they stated that they couldn’t call anyone for housekeeping and that we would have to go down. That should never be an issue. I will say, the staff is always so nice & pleasant which I really appreciate. As much as these things need to get better with the help of management & leadership, we still had a blast and will be back. I love how close our favorite restaurants are. Also - Joe was amazing!
