Pros: in the heart of the village, easy walking access to the area. Hot tub and pool are nice. Cons: not very clean, spider webs around the corner in the room!! the sofa bed was too noisy. the staff (at least one of them that we checked in with) was not very friendly. no water bottle in the room (were advised to drink tap water). Overall, good for a 3 star hotel for one or two nights.

The room was clean, but not spotless. The bathtub drain did not stay on, it was on the side of the tub. There were no extra blankets in the room, but we didn't ask for any either. The biggest drawback was the pool area. Both days, there were no pool towels, and we mentioned it more than once to the lifeguard and the front desk, still none arrived. There is no USB plug in, but that could be because it is an older hotel. There is no cafe for coffee or tea in the morning. So you have to do out to a restaurant. Check out I find lacked in customer service. I was told to wait while employees were around the front desk talking. I just had one question. The clerk put his finger up and told me to wait, and then turned to continue chatting with his co-workers. It is conveniently located near the bottom of the hill and near the carousel that takes you to the top of the mountain. Overall, I'd stay this is a 2.5 star hotel.

Not as clean as we expected. The floor was not fully vacuumed.Some M &M were on the floor. and the recycle bin was still poor from the previous guest. No bar , No hot water or coffee machine in the lobby.

Place was amazing. It’s wasn’t too fancy but it was well worth the money. Best part was that it was inside the pedestrian village. Everything was at a walking distance. Parking was paid $23 per night plus tax.
