It depends on what you are looking for. A relaxing quite atmosphere, where you enjoy setting on the beach then its great. If you preferr night life, entertainment a busy atmosphere with lots to do than maybe not for you. Food was ok, there was construction on buildings when we were there which canceled out the swim up bar and adult side of the resort but made best of it. Rooms are basic but ok. I would rate this resort a 3 star resort. So if your expecting a 4 star or 5 star than this isnt your resort. We travel alot and we make best of where we go always. To sum it up concider this a 3 star and you will get what your coming for.

Beautiful Beach, Great Gym, But Some Disappointments The beach and weather were stunning, and we loved the buffet, Beloved restaurant, and strong cocktails. The gym was surprisingly well-equipped and a big plus. However, we weren’t told about the daily tax until mid-stay, a crab crawled out of the tub while showering, and we were woken early by loud lawn mowers. Many staff weren’t very welcoming and both the rooms and mini golf area were quite outdated. Overall a nice place to relax

All the staff was really nice and professional during my entire visit. They asked for my name and called me by my first name everytime they saw me. It was an endless time of professionalism. The room was clean the property was beautiful. And the activities on the resort were extremely fun and entertaining.

Talked to staff and manager’s and they were not helpful told us they can give us the money back so we can leave. Don’t value customers. For the most part, the staff was pretty friendly, with the exception of a few that wasn’t food was pretty good, I like the fact that they have more healthy choices That was actually good in taste. Overall, I have no complaints.

The rooms were nice food was good but the air conditioning was not cool enough. Rooms didn’t have WiFi so you had to go the lobby if you want to browse the internet. I like the games, karaoke and going to different restaurants every night for dinner. Christopher and Cliff were supper helpful and always willing to help

The rooms/bathrooms need a major makeover. The adult pool and bar were closed and we were not notified before we arrived. We paid for the Privilege Garden Rooms. Cats were walking around all day and night and some of the guests were feeding them. “Big problem”. The bars had limited drinks and no mix to make the Bob Marley drinks for a few days’ music in the nightclub sucked but the bartender was great. The best restaurant is BLOVED, they cook the food when you order “ French Toast, Shrimp Taco, Ribs, ox tails were awesome. Mamma Mia salmon was great also. The volleyball net is setup wrong in the pool, but we enjoyed playing. The pool table needs to be replaced. The staff in that area was on her phone and we asked her questions and no reply.

The hotel needs work, especially on the bathroom (old and outdated). The staff were great and other guests were nice. I recommend taking the Taxis across the street from the hotel, ask for Francis from Francis Tours - he was the best!

Our stay was okay; we are been coming to catalonia before and it was great; the treatment of the staff is amazing and super friendly and helpful specially someone name Karen. The only think we missed is in the buffet, that is always the same, and it need a little more activities
