The location was across from Dr.Cave beach and shops along the hip strip which was a plus.The best part of my stay was the extremely nice staff,10 out of 10 for staff.The only thing I didn't like was some of the food options and the temperature of the food because the curry goat was cold on the buffet so I didn't eat it and a few other items but overall I enjoyed my stay

I ended up a Deja by chance, after being in Jamaica for a few days. I had no idea this was such a warm setting! Loved it! I have to Mention some of the staff; Marvin (restaurant sup.), servers Vannessa, Ruschana, Marie, Lorinda and Dana were such a delight. Always smiling, friendly and professional! You can tell them that I will be back next year July because of them and I hope that they will be there!! 😁 The hotel is super convenient, centrally located and the dining options were amazing! My only fault is that the towels were in a terrible, terrible condition. You really need brand new towels COMPLETELY! Once they get wet, they are super dingy. Sorry, love the hotel but that is the truth. I’m still coming back loved it!!!

The food is terrible, very disappointing for a “resort” in Jamaica. Limited entertainment options. The location and the cleanliness are good, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There a better options for the money. The beach and surrounding area is amazing

Property was outdated, rooms lacked air conditioning, and felt really outdated. Beds were super uncomfortable and definitely felt worn in. Refrigerator in the room did not work. Disappointed in the food offered by the property. Staff was somewhat friendly and somewhat kind, depending on the hour. I won’t be staying here again, and I will not recommend this to anyone who is staying in the area.

The property itself needs some repairs. It is a work in progress. The food was excellent! The staff were excellent. They need to add a few things to the room for example the bathroom needs a hook to hang up clothes, the door to our room need a shield/strip to keep out critter. Our room had no telephone so you had to go the the front desk with you request each time. In preparation for new guest the safe should be open with instruction and each room should have a list of options and directory for help, etc.

The beach view was incredible. However there were so many disturbances from them not having my up to date receipt of deposit paid and was trying to charge me the full price without applying my deposit. They damaged my laundry. The rooms were completely out of date the corners were filthy. The food was disgusting and very limited. The male bellhop came to my room and exposed himself. I was so disgusted. The male bar tender sent me dic pics on WhatsApp. I was disgusted and stayed in my room the last 2 days. My deposit was not returned. I stayed for 5 days and not once was my room cleaned

The hotel is on the Hip Strip of Montego Bay; opposite the famous Doctor Cave beach. Breakfast is usually the best meal with lots of varieties including fresh fruits. Lunch and dinner are very average.

We loved everything. I took my husband there for his birthday and had them to set the room up, upon arrival we had rose petals, balloons, banner, champagne, cake, etc it was very romantic. We will be going back again and everyday the buffet had a variety of foods. It's also all inclusive
