Every staff was wonderful, very kind! The hotel itself was small but their amenities were great! I loved how there was a balcony for you to sit have your coffee or snack or just enjoy the view. I will definitely recommend this hotel how can I not, you have Doctor’s Cove beach right in front of you. Can’t wait to go back, it was my first time in Jamaica and I can say I had a great great time. Thank you!

I don’t complain about things but The room and some front desk / maintenance was poor , we had no water fixed it , then they looked at it then no hot water , never fixed it, toilet was broke for 1 day . Asked for an extra rollaway bed 4 x never got it. Asked for an extra blanket never got it. Sad was a nice area but was bummed about that

The pictures are deceptive, it’s not “beachfront” it’s a picture of the stairs leading down from Doctor’s Cave Beach. The Italian food was cold, took hours, and awful, you’re better off going to the buffet. There isn’t a lot of variety with the food. One towel per day was given to each guest. There was like zero entertainment. The staff was hospitable and helpful though, it was pretty clean, there was only a pool, a pool table, foosball table, and a chess set (missing some pieces).

The staff was very friendly! The rooms were spacious and clean although the towels were worn out and the bathrooms could use a little more updated. Overall, I had a great time and I loved the convenience of the beach and other amenities that were in walking distance. Would definitely come back for my next visit!

Room 239 smelled really bad. The sheets smelled so bad. The wastewater released extremely slow. There were insects in the room as the window was not meshed. We could not sleep and was advised by Reservation Department that no more room was available that night...February 13, 2026. Room 239 is in dire need of repairs. The service was overall poor. We did not get value for money.

Upon my arrival I was rather pleased with the service check in was easy and they accommodated us early. The kicker no elevator & we were on the 2 floor with a newborn and a toddler but the staff was very helpful with assisting us with our bags we had a lot of bags for 2 adults to taking with the help of our stroller. The food was great & the environment was rather nice for the price and the fact that it’s a smaller hotel in comparison to the bigger chain ones. The room rather modern and comfortable but it was a bit sandy resulting in me having to clean it but that was ok otherwise. Food options are limited but good with the menu being so small whatever was offered was very good well seasoned cooked well and hot. I had 2 big issues with this hotel, after lunch before dinner we visited the grill where a lovely man made us some snacks amazing customer service.m, he informed us that the meals will be done to order we went to the pool bar to order some drinks in the mean time. We had both our newborn and toddler there and it was about there nap time so they were getting miserable, I went to the counter and ask the bartender on duty we ordered to which he said ok he was serving a couple and entertaining them for a long period of time I waited for them to leave then stood there waiting instead of serving us he ignored me and had milkshake with his coworker waited 15 mins & left. Called at check out was told we had 15 grace then was reprimanded after making 2 trips and waiting 22 min

This Resort is a diamond in the rough! Its not your high end all inclusive fancy name resort, however it is the most charming, charismatic, make you feel like home, family owned all inclusive resort you will ever stay at! The rooms are a little out dated, the resort could use some grounds keeping, but the staff is phenomenal, the food is delicious thanks to Chef Micheal, the entertainment is is outstanding all because of Loretta. The bartenders keep you glass full and always great with a smile. If you chose to stay here, ask for HillyBilly, and he will drive you anywhere you desire, as well as give you information of the country and the route you take. Doctors Cove Beach is right across the street and the bell hops will stop traffic to assure a safe passage to and from the beach. This resort is on the heart of the Hip Strip, plenty of little shops to purchase souvenirs or a small convenience store for anything you may have forgotten. So, if your looking for a Resort in the Montego Bay area, with an open mind, give this little FAMILY owned resort a try!! I promise you won't be disappointed!! We will always be Deja Resort family and will continue to stay with them in the future!!

For a 3 star hotel you get what you pay for. Food was ok , rooms needed some deeper cleaning . Stains on the floor and bathroom . Towels were dingy . Best part was location and beach . The beach was amazing and lots of little shops around and convenient stores . It’s also 7min from the airport .

Amazing stay at Deja, special mention to Deborah, Dawn, Moya and Shane. They were top class. I have been to many resorts in Jamaica Secrets, Sandals etc and this is my best experience so far. The food was also amazing. I am so proud to know that there is a resort that provides authentic Jamaican food. This made my stay very special.
