Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Upon arrival, we were told our rooms weren’t ready when checking in and had to wait about 2 hours. When the room was finally ready, we opened the door to see we were given the wrong room. It was booked for 2 double beds with garden view but only given one. Went to the front desk to correct the situation to be told there wasn’t any more double bedrooms available that day. Instead they could only offer to change my room from garden view on the 3rd floor to a ground floor facing nothing. Front desk employees shrugged their shoulders and told me there was no other option. It was a complete mess and we were not accommodated at all. Also, when the time came for excursions, there was barely any transportation to and from the resort. Prices were made on the spot by drivers if where you wanted to go wasn’t listed or if your party was bigger. Dinner reservations were booked up before we even arrived on the property and we did not get to get a dinner reservation till Sunday even though we had arrived Friday morning. The steakhouse was booked for my parties dinner and had issues once again. The customer service desk told us how to book it for a group just to get to dinner and have our party of 7 at three different tables. A manager came and tried his best to fix the situation but food was late and we were told at the end of our dinner waiting on dessert that we wouldn’t be getting any the kitchen was now closed. The entire stay was issue after issue.
