Everything was good. I didn’t like that there was no ATM’s on the property. You had to go outside of the property to use the ATM’s were people wanted to sell you drugs and alcohol. I think there should be at least two ATM’S on the property in different locations. Thank you, John

We got to the hotel and it was a vibe. We got to our room and the door didn’t work … they switched us room… our next room flooded … the next room wasn’t the right kind and we were moved 4 times in less then 24 hrs. We asked for compensation or a room upgrade and were denied and told stuff happens essentially. Front desk worker Leanna (spelled wrong) was great… but it was really inconvenient all the moving, especially for the price we paid. The last room we got moved into, when we woke up in the morning the bathroom counter had drops of makeup from the previous guest so we were placed in a dirty room … the manager did not care and said he’d send house keeping to re clean it. Once again no compensation offered. For the amount we paid to stay here I was not happy with the service or rooms provided. I was given a email address to send a complaint to. Smh… I’ve been to plenty of Rui properties and was high disappointed with the service at this one.

Buffet did not have a variety of selections to choose from being that we were in Jamaica. That’s the only complaint I have. Otherwise, music, entertainment, staff, beach, pool and drinks were amazing!

The workers were fantastic and really cater to you. Love the morning worker Priscilla and night staff Jayinel, and how can I forget the front desk worker Sheldon! Hands down one of the best experiences. I see a lot of mix reviews about riu but I say give it a try. I will be back. This resort is a party resort but also has a chill vibe if needed. If you want to party book riu Montego Bay or reggae. Riu palace is more on the chill vibe.

It was an amazing 5 days and 4 nights at the RIU Palace Jamaica. Other than a checking in issue, everything else was perfect! There so many activities and events going on all day and night. We also had access to RIU Reggae and RIU Montego Bay. Housekeeping came every morning and cleaned our rooms, we had the same severs for breakfast lunch and dinner (Dr. Phil and Audliy). The food was amazing! They had a variety of choices daily, Jamaican, fruits (including local), Sushi, desserts, ice cream, breads, salads, charcuterie, American, Italian, fresh cooking egg station, mimosas, bougie coffee. Mr. Grant checked on us every day to ensure we were having a great experience. Pool parties (Winston) and foam parties every day with the best crew (Gensis, Astro, and Sting Bean). Silent disco, live bands, Bingo, Face Painting, All White parties with its own showZ, with our favorite bartenders (Archer and Oral). All of the other guest were so friendly, most of us participated in the beach and pool activities; basketball, Olympics, pool workouts (dancing), and line dances! We walked across the street to one of the local malls where we could shop and do some sightseeing. Convenient pick up and drop. Off from the airport to the hotel. We would definitely recommend and go back ourselves! 5☆
