They should have informed guest the pool was being fixed and reimbursed for the ones who paid for that view/area. Everyday I woke up to construction noise and still didn’t not receive my 1 hundred dollar hold for the room which was poorly put together there was one sheet on the bed no curtains on the bathroom window. Under than that the staff was friendly and the entertainment was good.

I loved this property. It was almost perfect as the staff was absolutely wonderful. They were so nice, especially in the restaurants. They should consider a few upgrades and have a cleaning checklist to make sure rooms are thoroughly cleaned, otherwise this was such a wonderful place.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating the property itself from the garden to the beach was breathtaking. The room a deluxe ocean view is ok but the bathroom was horrendous splotches all over to mirror couldn’t get a clear view of myself, the shower head was leaking from the side and the toilet kept running constantly.My friend on the other hand that had a suite room was excellent right through. So book wisely.

Overall, I had a good stay at Sea Garden Resort. The staff was friendly and my room was cleaned daily. The food, beach, and pool/beach bars were all great. The main downside was the bathroom water it would cut off randomly, and when it did run, it often switched from extremely hot to extremely cold. This happened my entire stay and was frustrating, especially in the shower. Also, washcloths weren’t always replenished, and I had to call the front desk a few times to get them. Other than that, everything else was enjoyable, and I would stay here again if they fix the water issue. For future guests, I’d recommend bringing a couple of extra washcloths just in case, and a little patience for the water situation.
