The first day I arrive the television and the air condition wasn’t working properly. It took them a whole 24 hours and a room change for it to be resolved, and I was only there from Thursday to Saturday. For the most part, my vacation for the length of time I was there was nice because of my company. The staff at the front desk was very rude. The cleaning staff and and the maintenance gentleman were awesome.

It was nice amd not to busy. The rooms were cleaned daily. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We were so relaxed and got plenty ofcrest. Thecshops wetevvery closexby., also the beach. Food was nice but wished they had more choice of simple caribbean food sich as Hardoughbread rather than rice..

This hotel has been very special from then until now…Great atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and management is super cool. I recommend guests travelling into or from MBJ airport to give it a try…very close to the airport.

yes, just yes. i was there from Sept 7-15,it was my second trip to Jamaica. the first trip when i was looking for a place to stay i looked at the reviews and saw 1000+ for this place and had 8.2/10, the same rating 5 star hotels have, and it's easy to see why. it was amazing, so amazing, i didnt even look at other places for my second visit. and i know it's where im going to stay next time.

I had a pleasant stay at Toby's. My room was large and it had a lovely large shower. The grounds were well maintained and picturesque. Good location, close to the airport and walking distance to the beach and a plant nursery, among other places. Check-in was quick, and the staff was pleasant. My only problem was that I requested shuttle service from the airport due to my late arrival. I had email confirmation instructing me to wait at column F for the shuttle. The shuttle never came, I had to take a random taxi at night, a situation which I was trying to avoid due to safety reasons. When I was checking in and queried this at reception, the receptionist wasn't aware that I was meant to be collected by the shuttle. I hope there will be better communication in the future so other guests won't experience the ghost shuttle service. Apart from the shuttle service I would recommend staying here👌
