Got there about 9:30 and paid $20 for parking and they were almost full and very small spaces. Barely parked the truck in the farthest spot from the room and the parking was under the hotel. The hotel is old and the furnishings are old too. That would be fine but the bed was soft and old too! The coffee pot didn’t heat up, one of the lamps did not work. The TV didn’t turn on and when we got the light off you could see light around the door, just wow! Should have known the price should of scared us off!

All a bit grubby and worn out. 3 pillows and one bath towel for two. No maid service for less than 3 days. Needs a deep clean and repainting. If you can stand all that, location is fine and the rooms spacious.

The hotel is in the perfect location! You can walk to downtown or the Fisherman’s Warf. The rooms are clean and spacious. 10/10 recommend!

Hotel Pacific was really nice. I will definitely comeback again. Room was clean and spacious. The hotel is walking distance to the wharf and many dining options.

Disappointed in my stay considering the price of the room was 400+ dollars. 1. Room was dirty. I found some hair on the bathroom floor and the floors in the room - some type of fake hard wood looking floor - were very dirty as if they hadn't been cleaned / mopped in a long time. I noticed this when something was spilled and I wiped it up with a cloth and the cloth was absolutely filthy. 2. Sink was slow draining and would start to fill up with water after running the faucet, other people in our party in another room noticed the same thing. 3. Shower drain had a cover that was not even attached and loose, which I noticed when taking a shower. I put it back, but noticed it was not even screwed in. 4. Room was on the ground floor and has a patio, but its just a mostly dirt area ouside around it with poor landscaping and a privacy fence hiding the street. Didn't feel right to pay this much for a room and not have a well landscaped or nice gardened area outside. Note we noticed most of this Saturday night after check-in and we had plans so couldn't wait around for cleaning / maintainance and we were only there for one night. But all these issues show the hotel is not well cleaned or maintained in my opinion. Mgmt gave me 60 dollars off, but the room was over 400 with taxes so no much of a refund really. Very disppointed considering how the pictures show the hotel on orbitz. On the bright side, breakfast was very good the next day and beds were comfortable.

The room had dog hair all over the carpet prior to our arrival. My wife and I booked this stay to get away for a short trip of peace and relaxation. The walls were paper thin. We would hear the people next to us with everything they did and said. They had a baby that was crying from 8pm to at least 3am. We would not stay here again if it was offered for free. Huge mistake.

Booked this property because of the price. Not expecting much. We definitely found a hidden gem. Dated rooms, but very clean, and staff was so friendly and nice. Fireplace was a big plus. Bedding was soft and cozy. Bathroom was clean. Honestly I was super happy. Would definitely book again.
