Great location downtown, very clean, nice breakfast, easy parking. No amenities like a gym, but much more reasonable price than elsewhere in the area. Would recommend!

It was a beautifully decorated historical room. It was cozy and in walking distance to the venue where we attended a show. The continental breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Friendly staff and the room was perfect!

Quick overnight stay

Our day was amazing! Loved having the fireplace in our room with a complementary log.. Room was very clean and updated. Can’t wait to plan the next trip and stay there.

Very cute little property. I visited with my best friend for the night and we were able to walk around to and after dinner to several spots and again in the morning to the Wharf with some coffee. Definitely would stay again when visiting Monterey.

Very nice boutique hotel. Feels like you’re in a house. Took a bit to get hot/cold water to be correct temp and the parking is very tight. Very safe and convenient spot. Would come again.

We stayed in a suite in the historic part of the property. The room was clean and inviting. The furniture, art and fixtures are mostly antiques and fit the history of the building. The gardens are beautiful. The bed was not super comfortable, but acceptable. We passed on the breakfast as there are so many yummy options within walking distance. The outdoor ice maker was broken, so we had to get ice from the front desk, which closes pretty early in the evening. The fireplace is charming, but I had to complain in order to get more than one log per night.
