The walls were paper thin. The bathroom tile was old and gross. The sink was clogged. The beds weren’t level. Room itself was clean and tidy. We walked past a lady who told us there were hairs (private) in her bed. So she was switching rooms because of it. Outside of hotel was nice and staff was pleasant.

It’s a good walking distance to the beach, close to Walmart and other shopping and restaurants. The only thing i don’t like there was no microwave and refrigerator in the room.

From the outside, this was a very nice hotel. Inside it was pretty standard for motel 6. Fine enough but not including any bells or whistles. But I would like to note the bathroom/shower was pretty gross. Not in a dirty don’t touch it way but in a long term neglect way. And the faucet for the tub was evidently placed on a pipe that was about an inch too long because there was a substantial gap between the base of the faucet and the wall.

We enjoyed our stay for one night. The bathtub needed a new shower head and paint job. The floor or the tub was slippery. Front desk staff was nice. Overall good stay.

Including the bathroom; the room was approximately 10x12. Had to get out of bed on only one side. Smell of urine seeps from the bathroom, in spite of it appearing to have been clean. The towels were paper thin and while clean, they’ve clearly not been replaced in a very, very long time. The bathroom door was clearly broken in previously and instead of replacing, they patched poorly and painted over. They allow smoking in the parking lot and so we were woken up at 2:30 am to smokers hanging out right by our door. The police ultimately had to be called because they were there for at least an hour and refused to quiet down. Why tell people to smoke right outside guests doors?? It is not an 8 star property and I am shocked. It is a 6 and worth $150 a night in that great location. Not the 270 that it was going for on Saturday night.
I bet there’s a police report floating around.

Absolutely horrible! Don’t waste your money. The pictures are deceiving as that isn’t how the property looks at all. They paint the picture of a nice courtyard and fountain. Those aren’t there it’s a parking lot. This is an aged Motel 6 at not at all worth the money we paid. Everything was dated. The sheets had stains. We didn’t feel safe as there was the motorcycle gang The Boozefighters staying there which they are known for drinking and fighting. They were smoking marjuana and drinking in the parking lot. Do not waste your money!!

The water went out during our stay and completely derailed my plans. While I get these things happen I asked for a partial refund for the wild inconvenience and was told no. In my opinion this shouldnt be a problem I have to pay for when Im paying to stay there.

Friendly staff at check in but lazy housekeeping

The towels were either stained or dirty, luckily walmart nearby so we bought our own towels. also i dont think housekeeping cleans the shower as a lot of human hair in the shower on walls and tub, and if you bump the bed or slide it a tad bit over under the bed is dusty and dirty. fridge had an iced up freezer and we found out its because the fridge door doesnt stay shut we put our suit case up against it.
