We got there a couple of hours before check in time . We rang the belll for service several times in a lapse of about 5 minutes, but nobody came to help us despite they being in the next room because we could heard them talking. Finally a call by phone while I was in the office and a lady rudely told us to come back in 30 minutos . She was very rude amad unprofessional. When we came back they charged us 10 dollars for checking in an hour early. The room was old and the furniture very old and outdated. The mattress and pillows were horrible . Very uncomfortable. I will never come back to this hostal again.

The Carpet is filthy. It will turn your socks black. Wires hanging out of the back of the TV. Smoke detector was disassembled. Very out dated. I must say the bed was pretty comfortable.

Worst motel I’ve stayed in. Pictures online looked way better. At first they checked us into a ground floor room and the bathroom was flooded because there was a leak coming from the top floor. We had to ask to switch and they made us pay $$ to switch to the top floor. The room didn’t seem like it had been deep cleaned in years, there was dust everywhere and my feet were black after 1 minute of walking around barefoot. The bed mattress was so hard and uncomfortable. The sheets were paper thin and felt dirty. Would not stay here again.

The furniture is in very poor condition, and the hair dryer doesn’t work. The entire place is dusty. The owner, who also works at the front desk, does not seem welcoming to customers. If the owner can’t provide proper customer service, it’s hard to imagine how the staff would. I would not recommend this hotel—if you have other options, choose another place.

Service not the friendliest. If you’re going for an 80s bed sit vibe then go for it. The shower rail curtain was too low and the shower head was spewing water outwards rather than down. Consequently, it was flooding the floor and into downstairs. When we tried to point this out the manager just said, keep the shower curtain inside the bath as though we were at fault. This wouldn’t have made any difference. Thin walls- family in adjacent room, banging and shouting and screa at 1.30 in the morning. I didn’t wake up refreshed. Breakfast Club across the road is fantastic though! Plenty of places to eat and only a 20 minute walk to the beach.
