El hotel está en una súper ubicación, las habitaciones son amplias, las camas muy cómodas y en comparación con otros que están en el área, es mucho mejor. Hemos estado en el hotel al menos 1 vez al mes en los últimos 4 años por cuestiones de salud y su cercanía con el hospital Zambrano, en ocasiones por semanas y semanas, cambiando nuestras reservas y pidiendo que nos dejaran la misma habitación, a veces haciendo cambios a última hora, dejando nuestras cosas o haciendo cambios según nuestras necesidades. El staff siempre fue comprensivo con nosotros, una vez tuvimos una emergencia médica y en cuestión de minutos ya tenían todo listo para llevarnos al hospital, esos días han terminado pero estaremos siempre agradecidos por todas las atenciones que tuvieron con nosotros, todo su apoyo y siempre los recomendaremos ampliamente porque van más allá de dar un servicio, se involucran y siempre están en la mejor disposición de ayudar y eso vale más que todo. Gracias Camino Real Monterrey.

There's no windows throughout the hotel so there's no proper ventilation. Rooms also have sealed windows. Very poor lightning in the rooms. Most everything was good. I went to the bar for a drink and ordered a double jack and Coke. I gave the bartender a 500 peso bill and she’d told me it was not enough. She showed me the total on a bill for 760 pesos. Can out to over 35 bucks. I thought was excessive and had no more drinks and did not even consider eating at their restaurant.
