The hotel is in a great location. One reason I selected Kavia. The hotel offers continental breakfast which was another reason I selected them. Once there I found out that no breakfast is available, false advertisement. The hotel staff said that they use to but not anymore. They said they are working on removing that service. The other thing I didn’t like was that I had put the Do not disturb sign and it wasn’t respected. So if you don’t want your room clean tell the hotel front lobby. I love the beautiful view and convient location. But other than that the room is nice. Beds are very comfortable. They don’t have a microwave or coffe maker in case you’re wondering.

Despertaron a 10:30 de la noche a golpes en la puerta el staff del hotel, al abrir la puerta la empujó para meterse al cuarto por que sospechaban de que estuvieran fumando en mi cuarto lo cual evidentemente no era el caso , el cuarto no tiene ventanas y huele a humedad. Evitar a toda costa

Excelente hotel, buena localidad en el maravilloso centro de Monterrey, limpio muy tranquilo, cero ruido. Algo para mejorar es que incluyan toallas de manos y toallas pequeñas, sólo incluyen la toalla grande de baño. Pero fuera de eso es un hotel excelente, las camas súper cómodas. El café enseguida es un plus tienen buenos desayunos y comidas.
