The room had no window. The staff were nice, especially the dining room waiter. The hotel is not as close to Macroplaza as we had hoped.

The hotel is comfortable and good. Staff are is attentive and helpful. This time around there was human hair on the pillows when husband and I were going to sleep upon arrival @ 4 am so I guess bed was not changed after previous guest. I hope quality of clealiness and service does not decline as time goes by. This hotel is very accesible to my needs. We do enjoy staying here.

Not what Expedia makes it to be. This is more of a hookup motel. Not a place for family yet alone a place to sleep. I made reservation upon getting to the property decided to lose my 100$ reservation and go else where.

Horrible experience at this hotel.They have roaches in their rooms and around the area.It is not safe for family.They have prostitution facilities down the street.

This Hotel is perfect. Right in Downtown MonterreyThe staff is very friendly and professional. Parking is for compact cars only, but I drive a compact so no complains here.
