The room was not cleaned thoroughly. I was in a very old hotel and room. We got in very late that night and dealt with it since the hotel was fully booked. Also we had handicap shower which I did not request and the water leaked into the bathroom floor

Thank you Montgomery for a wonderful weekend

Easily one of the prettier hotels we have stayed at!! I love its open lay out so we are not walking through closed long alleys.. it’s refreshing and laudable how they have embraced an open layout.. The rooms are very spacious, clean.. It’s centrally located with the Rosa Parks museum, Legacy museum and Food district in walking distance as is the Riverfront and boating experience...Please, Please.. these museums are absolute must sees!!! The Maxwell Airforce base is literally 5 minutes from the hotel.. The staff were one of the kindest and welcoming crew we have met. They serve a lovely breakfast and also have an Evening Reception!!! Montgomery is a diamond in the rough and as the birthplace of the Civil Rights movement, it should be be on everyone’s map!

The air conditioner unit was loud and I had to turn off the AC at night in order to sleep therefore the room was hot. I reported to the hotel and they sent a maintenance person however he said there was nothing he could do. The hotel offered no concessions during my stay.

Hotel cancelled the reservation without notifying me. I showed up at the property at 11:30 Pm after my flight was delayed. The lady at the reception simply stated that the hotel was oversold and since I booked thru Expedia they had to way to contact me. No assistance was offered to find another hotel. All the hotels on the area were booked and I had to stay at a one star unsafe hotel 45 min away. I have not event received a refund for the amount I paid.

Bad experience

1/2 toilet paper in the bathroom for 2 persons, rugs dirty, bathroom sink dirty with food stuff, coffee machine with used coffee bags, not enough towels, burning hot water out of the shower head, difficult to shower. There was no cold water or no option for warm water for shower. It was a sad experience at this Hilton Montgomery. O sent and email to the manager. I need a refund, compensation. I can spend that amount of money and be treated that way

It was okay. I needed a pen and paper in room and there was none. Also, shower curtain was broken, and no extra toilet paper. I ran out and had to use Kleenex. People next door were super loud.
