Hotel was overall the worst i have ever been in.. holes in bathroom door , mold around the bathtub.. bugs in the beds that hotel manager says the bugs are seasonal....like out of town visting your establishment would know to expect bugs.. The ice machines did not work on several floors..i could go on on ..I'm just disgusted with embassy suites .. I left and went to Elevations hotels two miles away and the staff and room are absolutely amazing.. Elevations was a great choice Embassy suites sucks to the highest level

We have stayed here on multiple occasions over the last 2 years and previously loved it. However this time, the person who checked us in the first night, couldn’t stop talking to her coworkers to assist us at first. Then we went to work our rooms and the lock didn’t work so I went back and again had to wait on her to stop talking to assist me. We get to our room and there was trash in the drawers, the drawers knobs were practically falling off, the coffee station was not restocked, and the bath towels were just thrown up. It was just lacking especially since we paid $200 for the first night. I will say the next day the people at the front desk were much more pleasant. I was just already so very disappointed by our room and the service it definitely made me not want to stay again.
