The towels were dirty, shower curtain had mold spots, air conditioner was noisy and sounded like the fan was out of balance. Bathroom door had makeup from previous guests and the fitted sheet didnt fit the bed

Cleaning staff tried opening door at 9:30am when check was at 11am. It really scared us and it was unprofessional. They should have a list of who has checked out and who hasn't to avoid this! Every time we turned the water faucet on, it would leak under the sink.

Asked for ID; they refused my military identification which is a valid US ID. This was after being ignored for a phone call. AC unit sounds like it’s about to either take off or blow up, the room barely cooled, and despite a nice sized tub, there was no plug in which to hold water and use it. Also no iron or hanging area for clothes? Should have gone somewhere else.

Kind staff members, washcloths were stained, heavy smoke smell and ashtray provided in our non-smoking room. No soap, or shampoo provided - not even hand soap.
