Le petit dejeuner etait censé etre offert mais l etablissement ne fait pas de petit dejeuner ... j'ignore si la faute revient a hotels.com ou a l etablissement lui meme toujours est il que j aurais peut etre choisi un autre etablissement pour le prix si j avais su .... par ailleurs la literie pourrait etre plus confortable... sorti de ca l etablissement est correct et bien placé sonc globalement le sejour s est bien passé.

ArrivĂ©e un dimanche aprĂšs-midi; Tout Ă©tait Ok pour nous accueillir malgrĂ© le bureau de rĂ©ception fermĂ© (dimanche 17 heures). Communication excellente en amont pour la rĂ©cupĂ©ration de la clef. Sejour d'une semaine dans appartement propre et bien conçu. Parking fermĂ© et sĂ©curisĂ©. Commerces essentiels Ă  proximitĂ© (avec une excellente pizzeria). Nota: Nous n'avons pas souhaitĂ© bĂ©nĂ©ficier de la piscine puisque notre but etait la MĂ©diterranĂ©e. Nous sommes prĂȘts Ă  retourner dans cet Ă©tablissement si nous avons Ă  retourner au Grau du Roi.

La chambre Ă©tait dans un Ă©tat de saletĂ© inacceptable, tant Ă  l’intĂ©rieur qu’à l’extĂ©rieur. À titre d’exemple nous joignons des photos de l’état du canapĂ© lit, de la douche, des couverts, etc. De plus, une odeur Ă©pouvantable d’égout rendait tout sĂ©jour impossible. Face Ă  cette situation insalubre et Ă  l’absence d’alternative proposĂ©e malgrĂ© nos dĂ©marches auprĂšs de l’accueil, nous avons Ă©tĂ© contraints de quitter immĂ©diatement les lieux. Cela est totalement inacceptable et ne correspond ni Ă  l’annonce ni au service attendu. Nous allons porter plainte et demander le remboursement puisque nous n'avons pas couchĂ© dans l'Ă©tablissement.

Logement sale et pas en bonne etat, trou dans les murs, rideau taché, equipement HS ( clim du salon, lumiere tete de lit, ...), chauffo qui fuit, odeur de moisie dans la sdb, peu pratique car obliger de bouger le canapé lit pour pouvoir voir la television (bras de la television peu mobile), meubles de mauvaises qualités (plan de travail utilisé pour faire une table basse et tables de nuits), pas de reseau dans le logement a part la wifi. Pas de restauration sur place mais annoncer sur le site ( restaurant fermé le 5 aout) et pour finir voiture abandonné sur le parking. A fuire, il faut mieux aller chez la concurrence pour le meme prix et un niveau de qualité superieur (exemple hotel formule 1)

La propretĂ© du logement ainsi que des extĂ©rieurs sont nĂ©ant. Le logement aurait besoin d'ĂȘtre rĂ©novĂ©. Ampoule grillĂ©e, tuyau douchette en trĂšs mauvais Ă©tat, manque latte sur le BZ.... Les informations donnĂ©s par hĂŽtel.com sont faux, nous avons louĂ© mon de 6 jours et malgrĂ© que soit disant le mĂ©nage Ă©tais inclus, surprise, non nous l'avons fait. Il est indiquĂ© un restaurant et un bar mais ceux-ci sont fermĂ©s car plus de gĂ©rante. Heureusement la piscine Ă  relevĂ© un peu le niveau

TrĂšs belle rĂ©sidence accueil froid rĂ©servation pour deux vu piscine arrivĂ©e Ă  l'appart vu parking j'ai appelĂ© soit disant surclassement lol aucune pression d'eau dans la douche et des poils je suis déçu je bouge beaucoup sa fait beaucoup de choses mais la brune de l'accueil on lui parle bref un mur dĂ©solant pour une rĂ©sidence tellement sympa piscine trĂšs agrĂ©able rĂ©sidence agrĂ©able calme mais voilĂ  quand mĂȘme un Bon sĂ©jour vu l'emplacement je recommande mais ils faudrait un entretien des lieux et changer de personnes Ă  l'accueil ( brune mince) pas agrĂ©able du tout cordialement

Plein de moustiques écraser sur les murs a l'intérieur des logements sois disant nettoyer , le mobilier et l'état général des logement et extérieur sont a revoir, volet sale, rebort de porte casser , aucun park enfant toboggan ou autre, et la piscine pas adapté pour les enfants ou personne qu'ils savent pas nager, moi jetait avec la fille de 3ans et le fait quil fallait descendre par l'échelle cetait pas facile d'accÚs .
