It was 25-30 degrees in Montreal and the heat in my room did not work. They brought me a tiny space heater, and said they would bring more blankets, but never did. Very cold 3 nights.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It is on top of Complexe Dejardins, which is a great shopping area and it connects to the underground city. Perfect location.

Nice clean room with comfortable bed. I asked for one king bed but they game me a room with 2 double beds; was told there were none available but my friend who checked in right after got a king bed so that seemed fishy. it was quiet and a good location for a conference at the Congress.

Beautiful room and the staff courteous. Only complaint was the hotel was very difficult to find. Not any signage on the lower floor to direct you to the elevators or indicating you needed to go up to the sixth floor.

We loved our stay here, the pool, the breakfast, etc, however the housekeeping needs to take more care to remove dishes from outside of the room, hard boiled eggs from the mini fridge, and carpets cleaned between room changeover.

The heat did not work in our room, I spoke with front desk before we left for teh day and was assured it would be looked into. That evening same issue, no heat, it was 19 degrees in the room, a touch cool. The Hotel only promised to send up a tech again at 11 PM at night. It is part of a bigger trend where one rents a room for teh night but gets no credit for teh Hotel's inaqbility to provide what was paid for, which was 100% Not impressed, especially from Hilton.
