It was deceiving advertisement on Expedia, poorly organized breakfast provided, elevator I highly doubly it’s safely inspected; customer service was bad as well, overall this is a hotel that I would not recommend to others and will not return again.

My room was at 63degrees all weekend. When I asked at front desj\k how get more heat, I was “sympathetically” told that it was not possible since hotel was on a single system. i find this hard to believe. Also, the ceiling lights in the living room was not working as well as the TV (which could very well be a lack of “how to” instructions. I will not be staying at this “luxury” accommodation again.

The lobby is dark and gloomy. The front desk is understaffed. The "breakfast" was very limited and unappealing. Elevator was slow. Ground floor hallways were poorly maintained. The room itself was fine and adequate for a one-night stay, but I was awakened by loud construction noise outside at 7 am.
