We stayed only one night at the hotel, we had 2 rooms. Both were very dirty, cabinets were oily, everything was full off dust, especially the ottomans. Some of the pillows did smell like sweat. The lobby was clean and concierge very helpful and friendly, same with the valet parking. However during our stay we meet 3 valet and 1 of them was so unfriendly, had a problem that I wanted to go and grab few stuff from my car

It looks WAY better in pictures. Valet is painstakingly slow, the rooms are in very mediocre condition, the AC is weak, the staff is friendly. For a hotel in a prime downtown location, I expected more…especially with consideration of their high price tag. It was deflatingly average. Won't stay again but it did the job for this trip. Barely.

It was a very nice, affordable hotel and close enough to a Metro station to make navigating Montreal easy. The area is noisy at night though, even for a city. Lots of loud car traffic. The room itself was very nice. I stayed in a Junior Suite and it was big and the bathroom was amazing. A tub, a shower, two vanities with lighted mirrors, robes, and plenty of towels. The bed was comfortable as well. I definitely think it's a good choice for a hotel in Montreal.

The property was in a central location, very clean and the rooms were big and spacious. We loved our stay here. The front desk people (at the time of check in) weren't the most welcoming, but the hotel was great overall.

I rarely complain or leave reviews but This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The have bed bugs (confirmed), I was burned by the shower, the defective smoke detector woke me up 4 times and the staff were indifferent about it all. Don’t stay here. Save your money.

Everything is great! Convenient location. All staff are nice! The only thing is the shower doesn’t drain well, water accumulates during shower as the water drains slowly. Otherwise fantastic stay!
